The sidebar contains all available analysis reports, sorted with the most recent first. Each report includes:

Analysis Guidelines

All analyses follow these standards:

  1. Date Range: Primarily data from 2024 onwards (regulatory changes make earlier data incomparable for listing metrics). Historical data may be included when relevant for trend analysis (e.g., subscription patterns).
  2. Segmentation: Always by property category and city/district where applicable
  3. Reproducibility: SQL queries included for verification
